What’s Disc & Drum Machining?

Your vehicle’s brakes work by squeezing the brake discs or drums to effectively slow and stop your car. If your discs and drums are worn or damaged, they can cause premature wear and tear to your brake pads. In most cases, our team can resurface discs and drums so they go back to fitting flush against your vehicle’s brake pads. If worn drums and discs aren’t machined soon enough however, they may need to be replaced.
